Navya Constructions was responsible for delivering the earthwork, building shell and core for Pradhama Hospital, one of the largest hospitals in Andhra Pradesh, with a built-up area of 6 Lakhs sqft. This involved building the RCC slabs, brickwork, and plastering.

Despite the challenges posed by a low water table and the impact of HudHud cyclone, Navya Constructions was able to complete the project within a period of 30 months.
