Navya Constructions was involved in the creation of Oakridge International School, a spacious institutional building with a built-up area of 60,000 sqft in Tagarapuvalasa, Visakhapatnam. In addition to the construction of the building, we also carried out a significant earth filling effort, totalling one lakh cum.

While the size of the project was significant, the true challenge was the tight deadline. The scope of Navya Constructions’ work was comprehensive, covering everything from civil construction, interiors and MEP works such as the transformer and the development of the surrounding area, including landscape, roads, playgrounds, and a swimming pool. Despite this, the company was able to complete the project in an impressive 6 months, showcasing its ability to deliver high-quality construction projects in a timely manner. Oakridge International School now stands as a world-class educational facility, providing students with a safe, comfortable, and well-equipped learning environment. The company’s contribution to the success of the project cannot be overstated, as they overcame the challenges posed by the tight timeline to deliver a fantastic final product.
