Navya Constructions was proud to be part of the development of Meghana Royal Towers, a biophilic residential community located along the Vizag Beach Road in Visakhapatnam. This contemporary high-rise features 3 and 4-bedroom units including some duplex flats. It is comprised of 3 cellars, 2 stilt floors, and 16 residential floors. With a built-up area of 3.38 lakhs sqft, this building is one of the landmark on the beach road.

As part of this project, Navya Constructions was responsible for delivering the earthwork, RCC slabs, Brickwork, plastering, and VDF flooring. We were able to complete our scope of work within 24 months, despite the challenges that come with building a complex and high-rise structure. Our dedication to delivering high-quality work and meeting the client’s expectations has helped make Meghana Royal Towers a success.
