The GITAM University Boys Hotel project in Bengaluru, an institutional building consisting of 2 blocks with a total built-up area of 5.80 Lakhs sqft, is still underway. The building is designed to be a 13-floor structure, with each block connected by an air bridge and a common cellar. The project features modern and stylish interiors, including modular doors, structural glazing, and spacious suite rooms.

As a full-scope project, Navya Constructions is responsible for the complete building construction, including MEP, fire-fighting, HVAC, and other aspects. The project is expected to be completed in July 2024, with a duration of 28 months from the start date. This will provide comfortable and stylish living spaces for professional students to live and collaborate in.
